We actually look better than we were feeling when we boarded the plane in Lima for Ayacucho.

Today has been a day of much-needed rest and recovery. We have tested the video equipment, and it looks like we will be OK on that score. The big question is, how many participants will show up?

Tomorrow the work begins in earnest!
